Savings are calculated comparing XOOM Energy charges to the local meter rate lighting during the same service period. XOOM Energy reserves the right to terminate this plan at any time at its own discretion. Upon completion of the 3 month or 6 months plan period, customers will be moved to XOOM Energy’s prevailing rate.
Please note this introductory price plan applicability is contingent upon paying all invoices by their due date. In the event that payment is not received by an invoice’s due date, customers will be moved to XOOM Energy’s prevailing rate effective as of the day following the past-due invoice’s meter read date. (Example: If the January meter read date invoice is not paid before the due date, all charges from the January meter read date going forward will be charged at XOOM Energy’s prevailing rate.)
